You go Keith - Loved your speach! It's about time more people incite and tell the people in the US the facts about what's going on! I hope all Americans will watch this ... maybe they will wake-up and realize how wicked and immoral this administration actually is! It's so unbelievable to me how many American's still blindly support Bush and his self-serving, manipulative administration after what they have so sadly done to the reputation, economy and to the people of the US. Bush and his whole adminstration should be inpeached and behind bars after what they've done and are continuing to do!

A concerned northern neighbor

During the last couple decades, the media in the U.S. has done an incredibly poor job of reporting. They have presented the Bush administration, in particular, as a contestant in the struggle between the left and the right. News programs no longer report the news. They only provide venues for the left and the right to slug it out on the national stage. Its as though these two ideologies define the only options open to America. Its as though the struggle to make incarnate a higher national purpose is irrelevant to American history.

The Fourth Estate is crucial to democracy. But if it lacks the passion to pursue truth and the common good, democracy will devolve into a brute struggle for Power and Wealth. Such has become the central tale in America.

It's time to reject this paradigm and return to the pragmatic center.
